OOD ESCAPE GAME : FICTIONAL CHARACTERS29 juil. 2022
First, the students were divided into 17 pairs and chose a fictional heroine (from films, animated films, series, video games, etc.) : they identified their qualities and the values they embodied.
Then, they wrote a text presenting the heroine and inserted it in a QR-code, together with a photograph of her. They also selected a quote from a current person that highlights the quality or value of their heroine. The texts and quotes were written in French and English. Some students also made a poster, and wrote a rule book.
Finally, they posted their QR-code and their quote in the school (inside and outside): their pen pals were able to participate in the game during the welcome week, as well as all the students of the school. The first students to find the names of the 17 heroines received prizes (books and board games about famous women).
The students created a collective game for the International Women's Day, intended for all the students in their school. They developed their general knowledge, their digital skills and their communication in a foreign language.
